How Water Is Helpful For Weight Loss
I know you have heard about the fat decreasing capacities of water but there are also other reasons why everyone should start consuming 8 or more 8 to 10 oz glasses of water per day.
The principal reason is this amount of water is the start of any good weight loss program. Water is probably the weight loss rule that is most over-looked and not everyone realizes what it can really do for you – no matter what diet program you are on.
On top of that it is inexpensive,safe and is easily available at least in developed countries.Without side-effects it is tasteful.It saves money on supplements that aren’t really effective.
Some people feel that water has no taste because of this they don’t drink required quantity of water.Everyday someone realizes a new reason for it.
But I am one skeptic who has seen the real effects.6 months before it was not easy for me to walk because of back spasms, knee pain and my weight which was about 40 lbs. I was also short of breath and just a walk from my apartment to my car was something that I almost could not do.I live in a second story building which has a flight of steps that is really short – but I could hardly make it up the stairs and was approximately energyless before I could unlock my front door.I was more or less housebound.
I was drifting towards high blood pressure and my blood tests showed emergence of diabetes.According to today’s standards I was not very old as I was only 58.I had already been warned many times by my doctor to losse my weight but my back hurt, I was too tired, and I couldn’t breathe. I was suffering from acid reflux disease.
Today, I have lost 30 lbs and nearly run up and down the stairs.Covering distance to my car is no problem and my blood pressure is good.I am no longer nettled by acid reflux. My back only sometimes hurts and when it does distress me, it is not the powerful back pain that prevents me from walking.Today I will disclose that I am neither running any races nor walking any great distances a day, but I have more force than I have had in years.
It truly wasn’t that tough to do. I truly didn’t change my diet except for reducing my portions (still eat chocolate chip mint ice cream).I have put away all candy or snacks and everything in my refrigerator is now of low fat or no fat.I have also cut my taking of diet drinks with caffeine in half so these adjustments are not that much of a big deal.
Water has become essential part of my daily schedule and I take as much water as I can but I can’t seem to get enough of it. So my theory is that I have probably been dehydrated for years and years and it put my whole body out of whack. Water – just plain water from my water faucet – not ice cold with a lot of ice cubes – just water, plain, and unflavored water.
So I am living proof – water is good for weight loss as well as a lot of other good health changes and benefits.

You Think You Cant Lose Weight? I Disagree
Rest assured there are millions like you who believe they simply can’t lose weight.People who think they can’t lose weight are usually wrong.If everybody had a system to follow, they could lose weight easily.
I guess you’ve heard it many times, eat less, exercise more and you’ll lose weight.Those words are meaningless as they don’t go into enough detail.We need a system, something we can follow to the letter every day.
If you have a set of rules to follow, rules which will result in losing weight, you will find this much easier.We know we are doing things correctly because we follow the rules every day.If we have to decide for ourselves whether we’ve eaten too much or not exercised we often get it way wrong.
Left to our own devices we all usually end up at the same place we started. Overweight and depressed about it.Following a proven system though leaves us as sure as can be that we are doing things right.We can tick the boxes every day, knowing we’ve done exactly what we need to do for the days battle.
If we can follow a system every day we know we will get the weight loss that we desire.The hardest part is following the system, and its daily routine.Also helps if we know what the danger signs (or foods) are so we can either avoid or eat in moderation.
If we know what we are doing we are much better positioned to complete the job successfully.Weight loss is no different. If you can’t lose weight then you may simply be lacking the correct knowledge.Let’s look at a few things that may be the reason you can’t lose weight.
Are you eating what your partner or kids leave? I know it’s terrible seeing stuff go to waste but you just gotta bite the bullet and bin it.
Depression. I know this one only too well. I suffered a bad motorcycle accident leaving me unable to work and the dreaded depression set in. It’s a nightmare scenario of a downward spiral that will easily cause you to even give up trying to lose weight. But I know it can be overcome.
Sleep, too much or too little? Either too much or too little sleep can interfere with the body’s metabolism. In the hectic world we live in today it’s very hard to get the right amount of sleep. In fact it’s hard to even know what the right amount actually is. If you are feeling tired through the day there’s a good chance you will eat more to liven yourself up. Be aware of this danger.
Is it your age? It’s a well known fact that as we get older our bodies change. We start to accumulate fat in the most unwanted places. If you know where these areas are, and understand why the fats being stored there, it may help you in your weight loss regime.
You might think you can’t lose weight for lots of reasons, but mostly you will be wrong.You will benefit by getting hold of a step by step system you can stick to.Using a system and following the steps gives you every chance of being successful.

Is it worth reviewing any of the millions of diets that are available? I think so yes.Many systems give you duff info, useless generic info that says you will lose weight if you do this etc. This is rarely the case though.
If you can follow a step by step system then there are some good ones that will work for you.It’s not easy abiding by rules every day. I can tell you this was (and still is) the hardest part for me.Give yourself the best possible start and read my reviews of what worked for me.
If you still think you can’t lose weight then get that thought out of your mind. You can & will lose weight.Weight loss will work for anyone given the right system, and sticking to it.Hundreds of thousands of happy followers will testify to the fact the right system can & will work.

Exercise For Love Handles - Is It Gonna It Hurt Bad?
Exercise for love handles, will it hurt me? Well that all rests on what & how you do it. But it doesn’t have to be.
Why we call those chubby lumps at our sides ‘love handles’ is a mystery to me. There’s not a lot to love about them.
The correct term for them is ‘obliques’, as they are at an angle to our bodies. The term oblique means slanting, or at an angle.
In the fitness & health industry the standard advice starts with - eat healthily, exercise moderately, balanced diet - and all the other rubbish they spout.
We know what we should do but we need to get rid of these love handles the easy way, without the hard work. Is there a way?
Well, let me say this, yes it’s possible to eat like you are now and lose your love handles but it will take an enormous amount of work.
The problem is while you are hard at it exercising for your love handles, sweating yesterdays burgers off, today’s burgers are making their way slowly to your midriff.
If, and it’s a big if, you could stop with the all the bad food you wouldn’t have to do nearly as much exercise to maintain a great body.
It’s a balancing act. Do you really want to rid yourself of your love handles? Enough to make a lifestyle change?
Or do you want to continue to fill your self with junk food and work much harder at the exercise routines. It’s your call.
A popular exercise for love handles is side bends. You may need to do a few hundred a day to maintain your love handles and your current diet. Or only do a few dozen to keep the love handles flat if you make the lifestyle change.
You can see from the above example how it’s a trade off. Eating junk means more exercise, eating better means less exercise.
I’m inherently lazy, so I tend to go for the healthiest option that I can to minimise any exercise I have to do. I still do exercises for love handles but only to keep them at bay.
In conclusion, you will get pain if you have to do loads of exercise for your love handles. If you can change you eating habits you can manage with far less exercise.
